One of the best finds when one is thrifting is something that is has never been worn. People, occasionally myself included, donate or consign items that still have store tags on them indicating that they are as good as new. See #lillyfortarget listings on eBay, they are all NWT (new with tags) but, I digress… While it might seem wasteful on some level (This person bought this item, never wore it, and then donated it?!?) for me as a thrift shopper items like this are akin to striking gold. It’s nice to know that even though you are shopping “new to you” fashions you can occasionally find something that is actually new. I’ve been lucky, as of late, and found a few items still with tags like these pants that were on the 75% off sale rack in the local consignment shop. See what I’m saying? Like striking (fashion) gold.
